Amy Waring Williams, JD, with Powers Properties, is a licensed Mississippi Real Estate Broker. Amy brings her high-level commitment to the client experience and superior service, her passion for relationship management growth, and her analytic skills to Powers Properties to help provide its clients with solutions they can trust. She has long enjoyed her role as a trusted advisor to clients, collaborating with industry professionals and teaming with tax professionals, attorneys, portfolio managers, and other professionals to engineer and implement clients’ estate plans for passing multi-generational and charitable wealth, business succession, and real estate assets. This experience will serve Amy’s real estate clients well in not only helping them to achieve their individual real estate goals, but also in building multi-generational wealth through real estate investing.
Amy is also excited to use her over 30 years of business experience to aid her agricultural and commercial clients in finding properties perfect for their uses, build their real estate portfolio of assets, and achieve their selling goals. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Memphis and a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Amy has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, including as a Senior Trust Officer, Individual Private Trustee, and Public Finance Investment Banker. Amy hails from the Mississippi Delta, is the proud mother of 3 boys (Miles, 26 yrs, Iowa; Mark, 24 yrs, Minnesota, and Clayton, 21 yrs, Ole Miss Junior), and is thrilled to be back in Greenwood close to Mississippi cousins! Amy enjoys giving back to her community, talking and watching college football, and playing golf and tennis whenever she can fit a game in.
